The FBI Experience Center is a great tour that explains the different jobs within the FBI and what they are responsible for. It also covers some of the top FBI cases and has evidence from the cases on display such as letters from the Unabomber and the boat from the Boston bombing. Definitely worth a trip if you have the opportunity to go!
Almost missed it even I was just walking. It's kind of discreet and lowkey. Some men walked out for lunch in suit look intense as heck.
The FBI experience was really a great thing to see. They have many unique stories and artifacts from many of our countries most trying times, e.g. 911, the Boston bombing and even the Oklahoma City bombing. They even had the boat they found one of the brothers from the Boston bombing with all of the bullet holes.
Definitely set aside a couple of hours for your. Great hands on for kids too.
If you are around in DC and interesting about FBI, here is the place. But, I think now allowed to go inside as tourist.
I tried to meet with Fox and Scully, but they didnt show up. ...joke , but this building is sooo scenic.
FBI Headquarters J. Edgar Hoover.
This is an old building located in 935 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington DC. It is the headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since 1975.
This Headquarters is a favorite place for tourists while visiting Washington DC as all people see this place in the movies and heard a lot of stories about FBI activities and their agents on the field.
This building opens a tour to go inside the building and look around and gathered in the auditorium to hear the host introducing the FBI and their activities and their job.
The host tells us about the procedures in handling suspected criminals, what kind of bullet they used on operations, about recruitment to be FBI agents, etc.
On that tour, we also see the office activities, forensic and ballistic lab, training room, library, and other facilities.
At the end of the tour forget not to drop a while at the souvenir shop, you can buy Hat and t-shirt with a logo of the FBI, mugs, key chain and much other interesting stuff you can buy.
What a nice experience to go there.
Famous building that you will have seen on the News, TV and Films.
Lovley design that sets it apart from most Federal buildings in the area. Very clean from outside. Building kept in good condition. The flags make for a great photo shot.
Something you must see as it's the Headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. What more can you say.
